Service Technicians
Our team of service technicians is well trained. GreenTech ensures that they are kept up to date with the latest technological developments.
Technicians are available for standard maintenance and breakdowns. The general turnaround time for a technician to visit the site is 24 hours. This can vary.
We understand how detrimental downtime can be to the plastic production business. Suppose you suffer a breakdown and need urgent assistance. In that case, GreenTech goes the extra mile to negotiate schedules and get a technician to you with haste.
GreenTech Maintenance
Greentech with their well-trained technicians, carry out machine health audits to ensure your machine performs at its best with minimal downtime.
The plastic production machines we supply are designed for standard maintenance. GreenTech conducts preventative maintenance at annual intervals or at timing specific to the machinery and your needs.
Repairs
Machines installed by GreenTech come standard with a factory warranty from the brand supplier. GreenTech will repair the machine or robot during installation and after, if it falls within the warranty period free of charge.
If the breakdown is not covered by warranty, our well-trained technicians will still assist you with a quotation for service and/or repair.
Equipment Manufacturers & Suppliers for All Industries
GreenTech holds stock of specific spare parts. Our inventory currently consists of spare parts for ENGEL, WINTEC, motan and HB-Therm equipment. We will source and order any other spare parts supported by our partnered brands.
Our turnaround time on ENGEL spares is a short 48 hours or less. Our turnaround time on other parts will depend on their availability at the partnered brand. GreenTech prides itself on ensuring minimum downtime. We go to every length to get spares to our customers in the quickest possible time frame.
Products and spares from our plastic production suppliers come with limited warranties. We install and support all of our components while under warranty.
Our turnaround time on spares availability is highly competitive to keep downtime to the absolute minimum. GreenTech is always willing to go the extra mile for our clients and has an excellent service record, trumping most of our competitors.
A plastic production machine is an investment. Those operating the machine must be fully trained for its use so that your investment is protected from unnecessary human error.
GreenTech includes staff training in our sales orders. This training is provided once the machine is installed. If you require refresher training or hire new staff that need to be trained you are welcome to contact us, and we will provide further training as necessary.
